We inspect and measure on site the partial piping and special fittings for which no drawings remain. Only the necessary scope is reverse engineered, and we propose a build that leads to replacement or repair.

On-Site Survey & Pipe/Fitting Reconstruction
We measure on site the partial piping, special fittings and headers that plant maintenance requires replacing or repairing. The existing geometry is reverse engineered, then proposed and produced in a manufacturable form.
02REVERSE ENGINEERING
Reconstruct production data from the existing part
Geometry, bore, angle and connection conditions are organised into the models and drawings needed for machining, welding and assembly.
03REPLACEMENT PLAN
Replacement parts designed for installation
We propose a configuration that can be built and fits the site, accounting for delivery access, connection and maintenance.
